CuCoNiBe High-Strength Copper Alloys

CuCoNiBe / C-17510 (CW103C)

CuCoNiBe is a precipitation-hardened copper-cobalt-nickel-beryllium alloy manufactured through controlled hot forging and age-hardening processes. Combining exceptionally high mechanical strength and surface hardness with superior thermal and electrical conductivity, it bridges the performance gap between high-conductivity copper alloys and conventional tool steels. This alloy delivers outstanding resistance to thermal fatigue, mechanical wear, and plastic deformation under extreme contact pressures and elevated operating temperatures.
